Surface Cast unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties,
foreign taxes or other fees may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
 

All returned items must be recieved within 7 days of the customer receiving the delivery with the original receipt enclosed. Please also include your contact details, order number and any other relevant information. 
 

All international returned items must be recieved within 10 days of the customer receiving the delivery with the original receipt enclosed. Please also include your contact details, order
number and any other relevant information. 

Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order and work has not yet commenced, you will receive a full refund.

If work has already begun, a partial refund will be issued. This is because significant time and resources — including high-cost materials and custom development — are invested early in the process, especially for bespoke pieces.
